Why we exist
Talent in India is everywhere. Capital isn't. A teenage cricketer in Indore, a musician in Shillong, a creator in Cochin — they have the ability but not the runway. Traditional sponsorship is gatekept, unpredictable, and rarely gives back to early believers.
UPxMe flips that. Anyone can back a verified player from ₹5. As demand for that talent grows, the token's price grows. As the talent earns, token holders earn alongside. It's the missing financial layer for the Indian creator economy.
How we operate
- Verified talent only. Every player on the platform goes through manual verification — identity, story, and milestones — before listing.
- Transparent pricing. All trades settle through an on-platform AMM (automated market maker). No order books, no hidden fees, no insider deals.
- Honest tokenomics. Every rupee from a buy goes into a single shared liquidity pool that funds future exits — no upfront payout to talent, no carve-outs, no surprises. The talent earns a 2% brokerage on every buy AND every sell, with 0.5% going to the platform. They stay engaged because that's how they earn.
- Bank-grade security. OTP-only auth, signed Cashfree payments with idempotent crediting, paisa-precision wallet math.

UPXME is built by an IIT Bombay-based team and operates as a sole proprietorship registered with the Government of India under Udyam Registration UDYAM-MH-18-0544204 (Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises).
